Tuition for a four (4) days seminar includes your blank porcelain piece

A maximum of 10 students per class: a minimum of 7 are required for the class to be confirmed.

A certain number of teachers are available for a second or third private seminar. If you wish to be in a class with a SOLD OUT teacher, please contact Angela Duttmann: angela.h.duttmann@hotmail.com and she will try to make your dream come true.

These are the teachers for next year that we have secured. Some of them will teach an assortment of topics for their class as featured under their name, while others will teach only one topic. In alphabetical order, they are:

New teachers added:

Yuriko Damiani: Italy

Yuriko is the Master of a completely new Japanese technique of antique velvety gold (an inexpensive powder) and other techniques that are uniquely hers. This will be a first in this Continent. She is offering these two first pieces and seats will fly off quickly so register fast. (All powders will be provided including the gold for a very minimal fee)

Valeria Macaluso – Italy – 1 seat left

Valeria will teach a COMPLETELY NEW TECHNIQUE IN NORTH AMERICA : CUERDA SECA!!! This technique requires high fires. Although Valeria started in a traditional style, she has Mastered this technique which resembles mosaics. A very unique and colorful approach to a series of subjects using familiar oils and turps.

Susan Thumm, USA : 2 seats left

Susan has agreed to return to our School in July and is offering these NEW, exclusive piece as well as one of the others as a second choice. If you have never taken from Susan, you are in for a great learning experience in creativity and mastering colors. A very versatile teacher and painter, Susan paintings are always whimsical and colorful. She uses MX54 as well as open mediums.

Tatiana Dallest Agoritsas: Switzerland: 5 seats left

Tatiana is a Master at starting with a line drawing decal and bringing you to a complete creation of your own. Each student comes out with a different piece, sometimes two. She uses some lusters, some metallic and vivid colors.

Rosemari Rose Borges: Brazil: 3 seats left

Rosemari is a Master at working with open medium and painting the American style and introducing SEVERAL NEW TECHNIQUES of PEWTER over texture. A very versatile teacher she offers portraits, as well as flowers or modern techniques.

Paula Collins: USA: 4 seats left

We are so lucky that Paula has agreed to return once again to teach at our School. Paula is a Master of peonies and exquisite flowers. She is offering this new stunning piece, where you will make your own composition of peonies with her help. She is also offering the two others below but without the embellishments as this will take more than the four days we have to learn from her. You may plan WITH HER HELP the embellishments to do at home. So you will have these three (3) choices of peonies to paint with Paula.

Isabelle Lafargue: Canada, a very new topic!! 1 seat left.

Isabelle, another creative teacher, that takes you out of your comfort zone to let you do your own creation. A mostly European techniques teacher, she uses lusters, and gold. Most of the elements can be personalized.

Sabrina Pedron: Italy: 3 seats left

Sabrina paints and teaches persons and animals that touch her heart. She is a creative force and uses semi open medium. She is offering pet painting or fantasy portraits with gold stamping.

Nathalie Turpin: France – Sold out!

Waiting list for a possible second seminar before or after the School. Contact Pamela Sherrer.

An open oil Master, Nathalie paints very realistic animal portraits in very fast full strokes. Her medium does not dry so it is easy to correct and play. With her, you will learn brush strokes that complete a painting in 2- 3 fires.
